FAQs
What is ZOE Thrive?
I created ZŌĒ Thrive as a faith-fueled space for midlife women to find balance again, reset habits, rebuild health, and live from a place of peace. 🌿 Here, we combine faith, evidence-based wellness, and simple routines that help you restore energy, feel strong again, and live the healthy, peaceful life God designed for you.
What services do you offer?
You can experience ZŌĒ Thrive in three main ways:
The ZŌĒ Thrive Reset
A monthly membership and online community that helps you rebuild healthy habits through guided resets, devotionals, and simple routines.
The Whole Woman Rebuild
A 12-week 1:1 coaching program focused on balancing your hormones, strengthening your body, and creating lasting wellness habits grounded in faith and real-life science.
The Sacred Rest Retreat
A weekend getaway in Southern California designed for women ready to slow down, reset, and reconnect with God through rest, movement, and community.
You can also grab free Wellness Guides on topics like hormone health, protein and fiber balance, and walking for weight loss.
What makes ZOE Thrive different from other wellness programs?
ZŌĒ Thrive isn’t another diet plan or wellness trend. We focus on small, sustainable habits that work with your hormones. It’s about rebuilding from the inside out, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, so you can live with more peace and energy.
Where are your retreats and events held??
Our first retreat, The Sacred Rest Retreat, is in beautiful Temecula, California, surrounded by vineyards, rolling hills, and quiet spaces to breathe again. Future retreats will include coastal and international locations that give women a peaceful place to rest, reflect, and reset.
Who is ZOE Thrive for?
ZŌĒ Thrive is for midlife women who want to feel like themselves again, women balancing work, family, wellness, and faith. If you’re tired of burnout and ready to rebuild your health, you’re in the right place.
Do I need to be Christian to join?
All women are welcome. ZŌĒ Thrive is built on Christian values, but it’s a space filled with grace, not pressure or judgment. You can show up as you are and participate at your own comfort level.
How do I access the free guides?
Go to the Wellness Guides section on the website and download them. You’ll get beautifully designed PDFs you can view or print, focused on simple, effective ways to support your hormones, nutrition, and energy. (We recommend uploading them in PDF format for best readability and mobile compatibility.)
How can I book a session or join a program?
Visit the Schedule Your Session page to book a free discovery call or join a program. Once you sign up, you’ll receive an intake form so I can personalize your ZŌĒ Thrive journey and help you get started right away.
How does ZOE Thrive give back?
Ten percent of every purchase helps support women and children in San Diego who are unhoused, because wellness should extend beyond ourselves. Every membership, guide, or retreat helps restore hope and health to others in need.
How do I stay updated on new programs or retreats?
Join the ZŌĒ Thrive email community for early access to retreats, new resources, and wellness tools created for midlife women. It’s the best way to stay connected and inspired.
What does “ZOE” mean?
ZŌĒ (pronounced ZOH-ay) is the Greek word for “life,” both physical and spiritual. It represents the full, abundant life God designed, one filled with grace, strength, and purpose. That’s the kind of life ZŌĒ Thrive helps you rebuild, one simple reset at a time.
